6) Borax

Rub borax into your grout and wipe it with a damp cloth to clean, disinfect, and deodorize your tile grout.

7) Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is the perfect way to combat mold. Mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and water in a spray bottle and spray your grout with it. Let it stand for 45 minutes to an hour before rinsing away your mold and mildew.


8) Citric Acid

Citric acid works to whiten your tile’s grout and kill mold and mildew. Mix some citric acid with baking soda and rub it into your grout before you start scrubbing.

9) Salt

Salt sucks the moisture out of your tile grout, scrubs away gunk, disinfects, and kills mold. Rub some salt into your grout with a damp cloth. Leave it there overnight and rinse away the next day.
