If you are a breakfast food lover, like me, you go crazy for good omelettes. Omelettes combine the staple breakfast food, eggs, with all sorts of creative goodies. Meats, veggies, and cheeses all have homes in omelettes, and some specialty omelettes are even more creative with their ingredients. The best thing about this breakfast food is the variety. You can have an omelette every day of the week and never have the same thing twice.

Whenever I go out to get breakfast, I’ll order an omelette if its on the menu. It’s much easier than making it at home. Scrambled eggs may be the easiest dish to make, but omelettes can be a bit tricky to perfect. It can be difficult to make omelettes like you get in a restaurant without overcooking the eggs, under-cooking the filling, or created a disaster when you are trying to put it all together. With some practice, of course, you can master the techniques to create excellent omelettes on the stove top. But your omelettes will suffer in the meantime.

Instead, you can make oven mini-omelettes in a muffin tin for the great omelette taste without the hassle and mistakes of the stove top version. These are easy to make and your eggs should come out right every time, as long as you follow the cooking directions.
