What’s amazing is that from the outside, this park model looks like a real-sized home, just shrunken. There are big beautiful windows, and even a glass sliding door that you could eventually build a deck off of.
Inside, you’ll be just as pleased with the open floor plan and updated feel. The kitchen is not only open to the living space, it’s also decked out in new appliances and modern finishes. The bedrooms are spacious and feel so homey you might just forget you’re inside a small park model after all.
The living room is wide open thanks to those shiny hardwood floors and big, gorgeous windows. With all that natural light and tall ceilings, it’s easy to feel comfortable in this otherwise tiny space.
Off of the living room is the nice big kitchen and dining space. The sink pokes out as a bit of a peninsula separating the two spaces, yet keeping the flow open and airy.
From here you can see, there are plenty of cabinets, counter space, and a great dining hutch for all your extra pantry items. We wouldn’t mind cozying up at that dining set with the morning paper and a cup of coffee either!
Here you get a better view of the updated kitchen. We can’t get enough of that big sink in front of the window, or those shiny new appliances.
The cabinets and countertops don’t look shabby either. The wood and stone finish are neutral yet modern, making this space feel high-end.
You got a peek at the loft before with the open living plan, but here you can see it up close. There is a lot of space up here with that shelving and those big beautiful windows – plus, get a look at the headspace!
It’s rare that you get a loft that feels as open, and as tall as this one. With such tall ceilings here, you really can imagine setting up an office, or even another bedroom. It’s very usable space!
Finally, there’s the master retreat. If you’ve got a lot of clothing, well, you’re probably already in love with the space looking at those built-in closets. There’s enough room in there for your summer and winter wardrobes – no doubt.
The bedroom is the same as the rest of the home in the respect that it is glowing with natural light, neutral tones, and a modern but cozy feel. There’s a big bed to kick back and relax on, yet plenty of space to move around and get ready in the morning. It’s bedrooms like this that make you forget you’re in a park model at all.
This is a great park model, right? Don’t forget to share this awesome open floor plan with your friends on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
